Relationship Therapy for People Who Are Tired of Overthinking or in fear of losing yourself

You are you constantly worry about losing the people you love...
  • Relationships can feel exhausting when you find yourself overthinking every interaction with your partner. You replay conversations, question their tone, wonder if you’ve said the wrong thing, and your thoughts keep you from being fully present in the relationship.

You constantly worry about losing yourself .....
  • Relationships can feel overwhelming when you're afraid that being honest about your needs or setting boundaries will push others away. You find yourself people-pleasing, avoiding conflict, and putting everyone else's happiness before your own. Over time, you begin to lose touch with your own voice, needs, and identity. You long for relationships where you can be fully yourself—feeling connected, valued, and accepted without sacrificing who you are.

Relationships aren't supposed to feel this exhausting, yet your mind rarely gets a break

After all of that ...
  • You are questioning whether this relationship is right, struggling to communicate with your partner, feeling disconnected from yourself or noticing that the same patterns keep showing up no matter who you're with. You've become so focused on keeping everyone else happy that you've lost sight of what you need.

Deep down, you don't just want relationship advice. You want to understand why these patterns exist in the first place so you can stop feeling this way and finally feel calmer, more confident, and more secure in the people you love and in yourself.
I believe our relationships—both past and present—shape how we see ourselves and the world around us.

That's why my approach goes beyond simply treating symptoms. Together, we'll explore the deeper patterns influencing your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and nervous system.

Drawing from Attachment Theory, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS),  and somatic approaches, we'll work to help you understand your experiences, process what's been keeping you stuck, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Most importantly, therapy with me isn't about fixing you.

It's about helping you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.

My Approach

Does this sound familiar?

  • You constantly overthink your relationships.
  • You struggle with anxiety, people-pleasing, or perfectionism.
  • You worry about being "too much" or "not enough."
  • You have difficulty trusting yourself or others.
  • Setting boundaries feels uncomfortable or even selfish.
  • You keep finding yourself in similar relationship patterns.
  • Conflict feels overwhelming, or you avoid it completely.
  • You want healthier, more secure relationships but aren't sure where to begin.

Understand the Patterns + Create Healthier Relationships

I help adults who feel stuck in relationship patterns, anxiety, and life transitions build a more secure relationship with themselves and the people they love.

I know how overwhelming it can feel to constantly overthink your relationships, question yourself, or wonder why the same patterns keep showing up. In our work together, we'll slow things down, make sense of your experiences, and explore how your past, attachment patterns, and nervous system may be influencing your present. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported as we work together to help you heal, strengthen your relationships, and create lasting change that feels authentic to who you are.

I'm an attachment-based therapist who believes healing happens through safe, meaningful relationships.

As both a therapist and photographer, I've spent years witnessing the moments when people feel truly seen. Those experiences have reinforced what I believe about therapy—that lasting change begins when someone feels understood rather than judged.

My goal is to create a space where you don't have to perform, have everything figured out, or carry it all alone. Together, we'll slow down, make sense of your experiences, and help you build relationships that feel more secure—with yourself and with the people you love.

Hope + Transformation

Healing doesn't mean becoming a completely different person. It means understanding yourself in a way you never have before.

Together, we'll explore how your past experiences, attachment patterns, and nervous system influence the way you experience relationships today. Instead of simply managing symptoms, we'll work to understand what's happening underneath them so lasting change becomes possible.

My goal isn't to tell you what to do. It's to help you build the insight, confidence, and emotional safety needed to create relationships that feel more connected, authentic, and secure.

Whether you're healing from past experiences, preparing for marriage, navigating life transitions, or learning to trust yourself again, therapy can become a place where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.

Whether you're dating, newly engaged, planning your wedding, or simply wondering if this relationship is ready for the next step...
