  • Choosing a therapist is a meaningful decision. Free consultations are designed to help you explore whether my approach and areas of focus feel supportive for where you are right now. If we determine it’s not the right fit, I’m always happy to offer referrals to help guide you forward.

  • Like many therapy providers, Therapy with Rachel Sailer LLC is a private-pay practice. (I can offer documentation to submit to insurance.)
  • Due to state regulations, I am not able accept insurance. I am unable to work with clients who reside outside of Colorado or clients who use Medicaid.
